Being short on time is no excuse or reason to go out and eat junk rather than cook your meal. Sorry, but i was always straight out busy and had kids! This recipe has been a favorite still to this day and so easy and quick in your own skillet. You just have to grab the ground chicken breast and make sure you have a sweet onion like vidalia.


1 Pkg Ground Chicken (Breast)

Sweet Onion or Vidalia

Bread Crumbs 1/2 C

2 Dashes of BBQ sauce or ketchup

Sea salt and Pepper

Oregano 1Tsp

Safflower Oil (skillet frying)


Always optional to dice up red pepper or green and can also add chopped chives if you got em! Create your mix! Mix it with your hands and shape the patties , dust with a little crumbs both sides and place into skillet saute on low to medium heat and flip couple times till browned and cooked through.  Serve with any veggie you like but make sure you do eat a nice helping of vegetables with your patties. Bread is high in sugars and calories so it is best to change your habits to straight up… Hold the bread!
