For me, it’s not about a 30-day challenge, a 12-week transformation, or a “new year, new me” goal. A lifestyle change is a permanent shift in how you choose to live — every single day. It’s the moment you decide that your health, strength, energy, and mindset aren’t negotiable anymore.
Training: Building Strength for Life
My training isn’t just a routine — it’s part of who I am. It’s how I start my day, how I process my thoughts, and how I show up for myself and others. Training is more than just lifting weights or running miles; it’s a commitment to growth.
There are mornings when I don’t feel like it. But that’s exactly when training matters most. Discipline over motivation — that’s what real change looks like.
